I-797A not received for Wife but got for daughter. How to get for Wife?

Hi

I filed I-539 form for kid and my wife in a single application form and it got approved but I have received the I-797A petition for my kid but not received for my wife.

I called the USCIS but i didn’t proper reply from them. Could you please help on this.

If it is not received within next 1-2 weeks, open a SR with USCIS to follow-up on the case.
