First of all let me express my appreciation for the valuable advise that you have been providing on difficult topics for years.
In Form I-539 there is this question:
Have you Ever been employed in the United States since last admitted or granted an extenstion or change of status?
My scenario is since last extension of H4, I applied and received EAD and have been employed since after receiving my EAD. What should I answer this question with? YES or NO.
And if YES, what should be explanation for the YES. because in case of YES, the form has the following instructions:
If you answered YES to item 14, fully describe any and all periods of employment in part 8. Include name and address of the employer, weekly income and whether the employment was specifically authorized by USCIS.
Please help me out with your wisdom. Thanks in advance.
