For my I-140 premium processing, I got the online status update as ‘my document was sent to me’ I am confused what it means. Previous status was ‘we need additional evidence on your case’. Can you please provide some inputs on this. Does it mean approval?
This generally means they sent you a RFE. Did you/your attorney receive the RFE and provide the response?
It should show your case is approved or similar message if I140 is approved.
