My I-129 petition was approved on 30th August 2016 but due to certain personal commitments I had to quit my current company in India in December 2016. I do not have the stamping done as of now. Now I can see in the case status that USCIS have received a correspondence for my I-129 petition on 23rd January 2017. Will I be cap-exempt for H-1B in future?
