My husband is working in a US firm on a H1B.
I work in one of the Big 4 Audit firms in INDIA.Recently my company is going to file an L1B for myself. In this case, will the US Consular allow me to go on a L1B since I hold a H4 dependent visa too.

Congratulations on this development. If you hold a stamped H-4, it is a good travel document. Once L-1 is approved and stamped, that becomes the primary travel and work document. If L-1 is approved and stamped but your project has not started, then H-4 continues to be the primary travel document. USCIS has no problem with this. If asked by consular officer ‘should we now cancel your H-4?’ Please say ‘whatever you feel appropriate.’
