Hi all,
I would be travelling on h1b visa to ABC location for company A and my wife is applying for L1 visa for XYZ location from company B.
Q1- Since both of our locations are different do you thik this is going to be an issue for My wife’s L1 approval.
Q2- We would want to take our 2 yr old sun as dependant, should we apply him as dependant with my H1b or with my wife for L1?
Q3- Are there any other things which we my have to take care considering both of our locations are different.
