My Husband is in New jersy staying in hotel for past one month.He is holding H1B visa which is valid till May 2015.
He is also having bank account, SSN.
Please suggest me whether he can apply for driving license?
Please help me with the documnets required and the procedures.
It will be great if some of them help me in this as it is mandatory for my husband to submit driving license as residential addresss proof to get NOC from Indian embassy to get passport for my child.
