Due to medical emergencies I had to comeback to India after studying for 1.5 year in Univ of California, Irvine. To finish my Master’s degree, now I am applying for readmission for next fall. Once readmitted I will be studying there only for 1 quarter to graduate, in which case I am not eligible for OPT. So how should I go about to work in USA without returning to India, once I am graduated??
