The original sponsor has applied for H1B and it was selected in lottery. By the time case was approved, the company went on retrenchment and we were not given job offer. We have the case approved in hand, but held up in finding a sponsor. How long the case will be valid and is there a chance we could find another sponsor. Thanks in advance
