My H-1B visa was rejected in 2007 on 221G case. My petition is approved now for FY-2015. Can my previous rejection be an issue when I face H1 interview this time? What could be the possible questions they may ask? Can any one suggest. Thanks.

I will suggest you to don’t get panic on this. There are several cases which gets denied in first attempt. If you changed your employer then you are in a very very good postion. They may ask about your old and new petitoner and currents clients since that’s why 221g are given in most of the cases. But be ready with all the documents and be confident.
