How to check whether my Employer applied my Petition or not

Hi, how to know/check whether my Employer has applied H1B for me or not…?

My employer says he has applied for 2014, but still I didnt get any update from him whether my petition is selected or not in lottery and he is asking to wait.

Please let me know if there is any way to check whether my petition is been sent to USCIS or not.

  1. Have you received application receipt number for my H1B petition?

  2. Has USCIS encashed checks for my petition?
