For H1B extension, RFE response got filed on 22-sep-2017 but still no response. When checked processing time chart for CSC , they already processed all applications filed by 10-Oct-2017. So, assuming might have processed but nothing updated on case status tracker on USCIS main website. Thus I raised a query using https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayONPTForm.do?entryPoint=init&sroPageType=onpt link and received below Query number SR10641800076CSC. When checked on my USCIS account, they already sent response on email but didn’t receive any email. How can I check what response they sent other than mail or how can I request them to send mail again.
