How to check my H1 b is filled

Hi,

  1. Do we need to get the LCA approved before filling H1 B?. Can we apply for H1 B with LCA applied receipt?

  2. How to make sure or find out the employer has filled the H1 B?

  1. LCA is a pre-req to H-1 filing

  2. You can never be sure until you see a receipt notice from the employer (issued if selected in lottery) or see returned package with rejection notice (issued if not selected in lottery).
