How to check h1b petition validity, I have I-797B with me but in that it mentioned
Valid from -10/01/2015 to 09/23/2015
but all other discussion I found in general it is for 6 years, so just wanted to check where is that 6 years is mentioned ?
Also my stamped visa is expired on 09/23/2018, I stayed in US for almost 8 months in approved H1b duration, Now I am exempt lottery category ? If yes how long that exempt category valid ?
