Hi ,
One of my friend is under the process of separation from her Husband in India. She is in USA on h1b and her husband in India has h4 stamped. How can she cancel his H4 Visa so that he should not travel back to USA on her dependent visa. please let us know the process or steps she could do, may be inform uscis of the proceedings . thanks.
