How to apply work permit in US

Hi,

This is suresh,I completd MBA in India,and i completed B.sc,-Maths.electronics.Computer Sciences also.and iam working in IT field iam having 3 years of experience in IT setor.

Iam very interested to work on US.

So my query is ,what is the process to apply the job in US or which visa is eligible on my condition.

Can u kindly tell me the procees of visa and how much time to complete visa pr0cess.
