Dear All,
My H1B petition got approved on 05/03/2017 and got visa stamped same year and not used/not travelled, it got expired in Nov 2019. It’s now 6 years over, not utilized so far.
Question: Can i use same recept number and H-1B petition notice (Form I-797) for further visa processing without lattory after six years ?
If Yes, Kindly share where this rule is updated in USICS or Some Trused Site ?
