Hello i am in USA with dependent Visa H4. My employer applying for L1 visa in india. Can i apply this visa from US? do i need to go for stamping and interview to india. Please advice. How long it with take for COS?
Yes, your employer can apply for L1. When approved you can apply for change of status. May take about 3 months to process. If they apply CoS along with your L1 petition both will be processed together.
