How the H1B petition will be processed?

Hi All,

It would be good if some one explains How H1B normal processing petions are being processed after the lottery?.

Is it based on the date on which the petion is recevied by USCIS? or Is it based on Company ( Taking all the cases of a company and after finsihing then going to the next company like that)? or on What Basis?

It is a case to case basis. There is no influence of the company or the attorney.
