No one can tell you exactly. Generally it takes months. Moreover , if you are in CAP-GAP you can only work till Sept30th. So if the decision dosnt come before that(assuming Approval) you need to stop working.
If the decision is negative, then you gotta leave.
I had a denial last year, and what we did was to apply fresh… atleast one can do a PP in a fresh case. A motion to repoen is not timebound.
MTR needs to be applied within 30 days of the decision. Its processing can take few months.
Are you currently inside US? If yes, then on what visa status?

how long they will talk to post the written mail ?
do you think it will get approve ?
did you MTR get approved?
