How Much Time Will it Take to Recieve RFE Hrd Cpy After USCIS Mailed it.

Hi All,

My Status chanhed to RFE on July 17 2013, With Status Mesage “On July 17, 2013, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER’”

I contacted My Employer they said that they are Yet to Receive RFE from USCIS, Can Any one please tell me how much time will it take to RFE to be delivered thru MAil. It has been 6 days My employer Have not receievd it… Any inofrmation on this will be really helpfull.

It may take upto 14 days to recieve any correspondance from USCIS.

Thanks Ankit … That was useful information my Status changed to RFE on JULY17. and USCIS updated Status as RFE mailed on July 17 … so i can expect teh copy of it in 1 week of August

Maximum 7-10 Days, if they did not get it, it is probably lost in the mail or your Employer is not sharing information.
