How much time to get H1B Visa approved which is in RFE Status

Hi Saurabh,

I received my RFE mail, from my employer on 7th July, and I need to submit my documents within 21st August.

The documents required is simple ones.So, what can be the expected time to approve the petition?

There is no standard time but they strive to process RFE responses within 60 days. Having said that, it can take longer as well depending upon the load at the service center and RFE’s complexity.
