How much time required to process H1B Extension in year 2013?

My H1B has expired in Feb 2013. Regular H1B extension petition( I129) is filed on 18 Jun 2013.

As per the USCIS site, the current status is “Initial Review”

Do you have any idea about time taken for processing H1B extension? What are the chances for rejection? If it gets approved, when can I travel?

Extension can take 2-4 months. So it is still within reasonable timeframe.

Mine was file May 14, 2013 and until now it says initial review.
