How much time need to get approval copy from USCIS?

Hello, My case is approved on 9th June, but still I did not receive approval hard copy from USCIS. How long does it take now a days?

Employer should receive it within 2 weeks, but SLA is 30 days. After that, employer should contact USCIS and follow-up.
