How much time does it take to receive hard copy of approved H1b

H1b petition got approved on 8th Aug 2013 and it is a premium processing.

How much time does it take ideally for employer to receive the hard copy of the petition.

The petition was processed at VSC

It should be received within 30 days of approval date.

Please let me know if you have received your approval notice. Mine was approved on 2nd August 2013 and still waiting for the approval notice.

Is 20 to 30 days period only for premium processing ? how much time will it take for general application?
