How much time admin process takes for new H1

Hi,

 

I attended interview on Oct30th 2012, Consular told 'your new company needs to be verified'.

Issued me a 221g white slip (ticked administrative processing). Its my first time stamping for US. I never been to USA. I work in IT telecom domain as software developer, has 6+ years of experience.

Its been a month now and there is no response, even my new employer who filed petition also didn't received any mail. What could be the chances that i will get H1 and how much time it could take?
