  2. Is there any way to get receipt number, employer and Attorney are not supporting of last year details.

  3. I have valid US Business Visa with no annotation from the company got stamped. Can I travel to US with out invitation letter?

Hi All,

currently we have 3 employees in US onH-1B and this year we are planning approximately 40 cases from India, they all are joining after OCt 2016, I hope till then we are H-1B non dependent employer?

Fees would be USD 325, 500, 750 am I right
