In case our H1B petition gets approved by mid of May (for Premium Processing), Can I appear for VISA interview asking to issue visa from 1st Oct 2014?
Reason, why I want to do that? I want peace of mind as soon as possible.
I think you can take VISA appointment for a date that is no earlier than 90 days from the work start date for H1B 2015, i.e., 1st October 2014.
