Hi freinds just a small query i have filed just a H1B Petition under Cap Exempt reclaiming my unused H1B from 2008 until 2011 from the same employer and same position i just want to know how much time it will take under regular processing and what are the chances of approval

Cap Exempt Renewal is processed via two modes:

Regular : 14-16 weeks

Premium : 8-9 week

The cost difference between the two is only around $1200 but big difference in processing time.

The chances are good say close to 100%, in case your working situations have not changed like company, role etc that seems to be you case.

Approval chances are fair enough. It used to take the normal timing only. For more information refer to USCIS website.
