My Visa was filed on June 7th 2012 and I haven’t heard from USICS since then. How much time more will it take to get my next status?
Currently the status of my H1B is ‘Initial Review’.
Can I expect is to be done by September ?
USCIS will send out the notice of receipt within 60 days of actual receipt of the petition. Have you received your receipt number yet?
The approval process could take 2-6 months.
