How is IT job market in US for Microsoft technologies like C#,.NET, MS-SQL, Dynamics AX.

I got my H1B recently

So if i leave my current job in India , and fly to US, in how many days can i get a job offer in the current IT job market conditions?

Is can i attend any interview being in india?
