How does visa officer know that H1B employee works on client's site?

Hi Saurabh,

I received all H1B visa paperwork from employer. Those docs does not mention anything like employee works on client’s site or not. How does Visa Officer know that i work at client or not?

I am planning to attned the H1B visa interview. My H1B visa got approved and got for 3 years. I applied H1B visa in USA and but unforutenatly i came to india due to few circumstances. Now i want to attend the interview, so for my current employeer he is having 26 approval and 4 declined. As per in myvisajobs.com.

My doubts is if attend the interview in india, there is chance of declined? Please advise.
