I have one query regarding the h1b petition no. My consultant gave me receipt no start from EAC but when I checked my Case status on uscis it does not give any information related to applicant. So just want to ask is there any way to find out if that petition no belong to me.

You will only know when you get the actual receipt notice document by mail. It will contain the receipt number, your name, employer name etc.
If you do not have the notice yet, ask your consultancy. Sometimes, your consultant might have got the number from the cashed check or by calling USCIS, so you can ask him to send you the scanned copy of the receipt notice when they receive by USPS mail.
