I got my H1B approved till Sep 2017 and my Wife’s H4 and H4 EAD till June 2017. As premium processing is suspended for H1B from April 3rd, is there any way I can get my wife’s visa (I94) date changed till my visa dates. Is there any amendment or service request process to do so?
Yes, you may apply for extension of stay for H4 based on your H1 petition that says Sep 2017 as expiry. remember H4 is not eligible for premium processing, but you can continue to stay using the receipt notice.
