Have got H1B visa stamped in Oct 2016 valid till Aug 2019, due to some personal reasons I dint visit US till date.
Q1. Now I’m planning to come to US by filing amendment Just want to know the new H1B 2018 amendment rules.
Q2. how difficult /Challenges to get H1B Amendment approved from offshore ? is there any change in amendment process ?
Q3. To Travel Should I wait until Amendment petition is approved?
