How dependent visa if i go to USA without stamping for 2nd employer

Hi All,

         I have a H1B stamped and now i have another employer from US filing a petition.

         Once i get my petition i will be able to travel to US. But will there be any problem in raising the dependent visa for                my spouse.



          Please need suggestions!!!!
