Hib Visa Qualification

Sir,
Presently I have passed MBA in IT & Systems, but in case of Bachelors degree, i have passed all the subjects , but there is no CGPA ( not completed) do I get hib Visa.

If your question was about the minimum educational qualification for applying an H1B Visa petition, then your MBA is more than enough.

If your query was whether not having the CGPA of Bachelor's or MBA degree would hamper your prospects of getting a H1B Visa, then the answer is Yes, it will cause a problem.

Thank you sir, i understood. But some of them says that in case of minimum qualification (not MBA) if Bachelor degree holder have course completed certificate, they can get H1B visa, is that true.

In case of educational qualification ,what does Visa Officer checks from embassy.
whether i passed or failed.
