Hi I have my H1B VISA expiring in September 30th 2013 and I got an extension of I0 days in my I-94 upto 10th October. So my company has just filed the extension application on 26th September 2013 under premium processing. So can I stay in the US even after 10th October 2013 or do I need to travel back to India before that date. How long it takes for the results to be given. Is it really required for a stamping of extension on my Passport or is it ok to stay even after my I-94 expiration date as mentioned in my passport.
