I heard we can’t apply for H1B under 20,000 category with 30 credit hours. Is it true. If it is true, how can i transfer to other university. can any university accept transfer after 1st semester with 3.0 gpa
The fundamental qualification criteria for the 20,000 quota is to have a Masters degree from an accredited university that is as per U.S. educational institution as defined in 20 U.S.C. 1001(a). It has very little to do with the credits.
