Depends on your interest.
If you are good in accounting and finance. Interested in understanding business processes of a organization and implementing them, then SAP FICO is the one for you. You will be mainly working with finance and accounts department in the organization where SAP FICO is being implemented.
If you are interested in maths and statistics and If you are good in numbers, analysis and reasoning then SAS if good for you. Basically you will be working with huge sets of unstructured data to making it more meaningful. Using regression, correlation and other statistics methods will be able to arrive at meaningful data. Which is helpful in decision making.
