Help required regarding University selection

Hello all,

I am admitted to University of Illinois at Springfield. I applied for an F1 visa and got accepted for UIS. Just a couple of days before my visa interview, I got admitted into Texas A&M Kingsville. Both Ms in CS. Now I am confused as to which university I should join. Can anyone please help me out in selecting the right university. Considering all aspects like course work, tuition fee, etc.

Please do help me make the best choice.
