Hello all,
I recently got my L1B approved and im trying to process L2 for my spouse
I came across a question while filling DS160 for her.
"Has anyone ever filed an immigrant Visa Petition on Your behalf" ?
Her mother had applied for "I130 [b]Petition[/b] for Alien Relative", but this was before her marriage. Now that we are married this petition is void and also we have sent marriage certificate to USIC, waiting for response from them.
Now need your help to know what to fill for above question in DS160 form . Yes or No ?
If yes what details to furnish as it will provide only a text box saying explain.
