I need some urgent help. I am working with Employer A on L1 visa. I filed for L1 to H1 COS with employer B and it was approved last year. I changed my mind about the switch and wanted to continue with employer A. So I travelled to India and entered into USA with L1 visa. At port of entry i got I-94 valid for couple of years. Till now i am working on L1.
Today suddenly i got an automated email that they have received correspondence for my I129 with the same case number of H1-B. I did not ask employer B to initiate anything. Can employer B start any process without asking me? What should i do? Is my current L1 B in trouble?

On December 5, 2013, we received your correspondence for your I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER .
