Having I-140 approval ,can I file to my spouse H1B

Hi ,

Having I-140 approval i file for my spouse H1B. Any problem to me or my spouse, USCIS think that though my 140 approval..... why i am filling to my spouse. I want to file for my spouse through infigroup.com , want to train my wife and file H1B for 2014 october. Is it right decision i have choose , please advice me.
