Haven't received RFE by mail.It's been more than 1 month

Hi All,

I have appiled my H1B petitio in April,2013 regular processing under Advanced degree.

On May 7,2013my attorney received an email saying that I got RFE.

But it never arrived to my attorney’s or employers address.

On May 28,2013 I and my employer called USCIS to resend the RFE but it’s over 1 month I haven’t received any letter my mail.

My attorney’s and employer’s address are correct.

What should I do?

Your attorney should be on top of this and follow-up w/ USCIS. There is nothing you can do and its up to employer/attorney to follow-up w/ USCIS.
