Have H4 and B1 can I travel on B1?

Hi

I currently have B1 visa valid till 2018 and H4 visa valid till November 2014. I have travelled on B1 in 2008 for 45 days and never travelled on H4. Now my question is can I tevel on B1 for 3 months for a business visit through my organisation and then come back and immediately travel back on H4? Since my husband is already in US.

Also can my company apply for my L1A while I am in US on H4?

Yes for both the questions.

As long as you have a business reason to travel, you can travel on B1.

If you want to come on H4, remember you cannot work here.
