I was in US for 6 years on H1B I had some extension issues and I came back to India in 2012 can I apply for F1 now ? How will be the success rate now if I apply at this age…im 38 years old now?
Yes, you can definitely apply and try it out. If you have admits from good schools, have good scores, it should be fine.
