My spouse does not have a surname in passport .So the H4ead card she recieved has First Name as No given Name and surname as xxxx yyyy .However her correct name should be xxxx yyyyy .The last letter of her name is truncated .Can you let me know if there is an issue with that .Can she work with name on the card ?
