    What is the criteria required for H4 visa holder could get work permit in usa whose spouse having H1B visa?



    If H1b visa holder working from last 6month in US &amp; his spouse will get work permit or not?



    Is there is any other criteria required for H1B visa holder?



    Is there is any certain criteria required for spouse?
