I am on H1 B with I 140 approved and my dependent are on h4. My visa is valid until Dec 2025 . Due to parent health issue I need to travel to. India and will be working from there for 6 month on Indian payroll. Can my family stay here because my kids are in high school and difficult to adjust in with studies in India at higher grades.
Please let me know if any one went through this situation
